Shipping Policy — Pine and Pebble Studio

Each piece from Pine and Pebble Studio is handcrafted by hand in Tiny, Ontario, and made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and packaged before it ships.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via [your carrier, e.g. Canada Post / UPS]. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Due to the large format and weight of many of our pieces, additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items. If this is the case, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the final shipping cost before processing.

Packaging Every piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to protect it during transit. We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely — but if damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Local Pickup Local pickup may be available in the Tiny/Midland area. Please contact us before ordering to arrange this option.
